Patricia McLeod is a Corporate Director, Lawyer, and Compliance and Governance Advisor. She is the chairwoman of the board for the Calgary Co-op and the Calgary Film Centre. Patricia has an MBA from Queen’s University, and business and law degrees from the University of Alberta. She is also a Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional and is a regular speaker on governance, privacy, leadership, regulatory issues, and cybersecurity.
