Chris Pierre is the Managing Director of the KeyNorth Group, a company that specializes in investigative, analytic, and risk management solutions as well as open source intelligence training for private and public sectors. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and a post-graduate diploma in business. He is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional as well as a Certified Fraud Examiner. Additionally, he is a member of the board of directors of Ottawa’s chapter of the Certified Fraud Examiners Association.

 

Chris joins me today to share what inspired him to transition his career from the finance industry to fraud detection, security, and investigation. He shares how his company helps organizations with the detection and prevention of fraud and how technology plays a role in the investigative process. He also explains the three types of analytics and how they are used by machine learning and artificial intelligence in today’s society.
