Mental health issues touch or affect all of us at some point in our lives. Talking about it is the only way to open those discussions, banish the stigma and raise awareness. Despite the significant misunderstandings about mental health and the criticism of mental health services, there is much that we can do to improve the situation and support mental health campaigns.

 

Today I discuss mental health and how it affects millions of people around the world. I share my reasons for getting involved with the Leaders for Mental Health campaign and why I’m so passionate about mental health awareness. I also discuss the connection between our recent conversations surrounding marijuana and mental wellness.
