Fiona Gilligan is an entrepreneur and trauma specialist. In 1994, Fiona founded the Trauma Management Group, an industry-leading company that dealt with catastrophic loss and large-scale trauma. She was the CEO of Trauma Management Group until it was sold in 2007. Today, Fiona is the CEO of Arranmore Holdings, an Ottawa-based private portfolio company she founded in 2002, and Co-Owner of the Ottawa Anxiety and Trauma Clinic. In addition to being an entrepreneur, Fiona is also a speaker and the author of Confessions of a GirlPreneur: Life, Love, Business, and Babies.


Fiona joins me today to discuss giving back to the community while running a business and illustrates her career in social work and trauma management.
