The whole idea here is to take the time to, as a group, talk about acknowledging what Covid-19 and the economic uncertainty it has triggered means for your business, and accepting that the world in which we're doing business has changed.
And then through creative thinking and sharing of ideas, talk about what we're going to keep doing, where we're going to continue to double down, what we're going to stop doing, what we're going to start doing.
