Today on “I'm a Millionaire. So Now What?” - I have a guest who is a prime example of what this podcast is really all about. Ruckify founder, Steve Cody.
Covid-19 is really kicking some of our butts at the moment. So, I wanted to make sure I shared as many inspirational stories on the show as possible.
People who have faced obstacles and moved through them, over them, around them and beyond.
Steve Cody definitely has been on a journey. It includes huge success and massive personal loss.
He is the epitome of someone who has pulled up their socks and gotten back in the game.
I know you’ll gain a lot from his story. And maybe feel less “lost” during these uncertain economic times.
The ability to be agile and easily pivot is often behind a company/founder’s success. Steve Cody created “Ruckify” because he saw a need – and was able to fill it. And some of us will be doing the same over this next year or so as life adapts to the “new normal.”
His businesses have generated hundreds of millions in sales and, quite frankly, he has contributed significantly to our economy. But he started (like many of us do!) with humble roots, a dream, and entrepreneurial aspirations.
Since this show is for business owners, founders and entrepreneurs - your peers in the self-made nation – Steve shares a truly inspirational story of his life, as well as his first forays into business (hint: he’s a real serial entrepreneur). He also brings practical strategies and frank advice to the table, especially when it comes to running a company in times of crisis.
Ruckify is the world’s largest online peer-to-peer rental marketplace, empowering its members to embrace the sharing economy and leave unnecessary purchases behind. It’s dedicated to changing the world and curtailing the spread of unsustainable consumerism.
It’s super cool and I hope you’ll check it – and Steve’s story - out.
I would also LOVE to share YOUR story. If you’re interested, drop me a line.
