She moved to Ontario in 2018, when she acquired the Bar Admission from The Law Society of Upper Canada. Demi joins me today to share the role of your executor and how it has become far more complicated in recent years. She highlights how to search for, read, and understand the contents of a will and the responsibilities that are part of the executor's role. Demi reveals the best way to talk to beneficiaries and set realistic expectations, in particular to the timeline of settling the will and distributing assets.
